Position

We have an exciting opportunity to join the advertising team in Witailer, the marketplace optimization and data analytics brand of Retex, as a Digital Advertising Specialist. If you are passionate about digital advertising and driven by data, this is the perfect match! As our new Digital Advertising Specialist, you will dive deep into the world of online marketing, playing a key role in optimizing our clients' advertising investments and supporting their growth.

The Role You Will Play:

  • Client Revenue Maximization: You will support our clients in maximizing revenue while optimizing the ROI of their advertising investments. Your expertise will help define advertising strategies for clients, both on paid search and programmatic advertising.

  • Campaign Implementation: From keyword and product research to campaign creation on the Amazon Advertising platform, you will implement defined advertising strategies. You will actively manage pay-per-click/search and programmatic campaigns, executing and optimizing their performance to improve clients' ROAS, clickthrough, conversion rate, search ranking, discoverability, and visibility on the Amazon shelf.

  • Performance Analysis: You will analyze and monitor performance against objectives, providing recommendations and insights to exceed client expectations. Your data-driven approach will be crucial in making informed decisions and optimizing campaigns.

  • Budget Management: You will manage advertising budgets and forecast key metrics like sales growth and ROAS, ensuring that our clients' investments are strategically allocated for maximum impact.

  • Innovation and Adaptability: Staying abreast of new Amazon Advertising feature releases, you will decide how best to integrate them into current client strategies to deliver further value.

Job requirements

You may not have all of these, but we believe you would excel in this role with these characteristics!

  • Educational and Professional Mastery: A minimum of 1-2 years of previous work experience in advertising, marketing, or e-commerce, with direct experience in digital advertising, campaign monitoring, optimization, and data analysis being a strong plus.

  • Technical Fluency: Proven use of Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience creating and monitoring search and display ads through the Amazon Advertising Platform would be preferred.

  • Interpersonal Savvy: Excellent communication skills are a must. You will collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that advertising insights are shared and understood across the organization. Being a team player with a strong willingness to cooperate and bring value to the project is essential.

  • Initiative and Organization: With strong attention to detail, proactivity, and motivation for achieving results, you will thrive in our dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.

  • Linguistic Agility: Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of the French language would be a plus.
